Report of males setting off fireworks in basketball court area. Male student arrested for illegal possession of fireworks and other charges. Non-student unauthorized male guest of defendant also arrested and issued persona non grata notice.

Male non-student reported three males threatened him if he didn’t let them into the dorm. He refused. Allowed entry by another person. The three males then attacked and physically assaulted non-student.

Female non-student, in apparent confused state, observed writing on Lecture Center floor with marker. Voluntarily taken to hospital by Mohawk Ambulance.

Cab driver reported picking up male, supposedly male student, that became hostile during ride and spit on him. Individual dropped off near Indian Quad gave fictitious name.

Residential Life staff requested aid in monitoring crowd following Yankee game. A group of 500-1,000 formed and moved through the four quads without major incident.

Odor of marijuana. Occupants of room in possession of approximately 27.5 grams of marijuana, paraphernalia and two tablets identified as oxcycodone. Two male students arrested and issued summonses for Albany Police Court. All subjects judicially referred.

Male student had been pepper sprayed while attempting to assist in breaking up a fight off campus. Albany Fire Department on scene treating individual. Subject refused further assistance.

Two male non-students arrested for illegally entering a dormitory, using another’s license for identification, setting fire to papers on doors with a lighter, and criminal trespass

Five Quad and Guilderland Emergency Medical Services requested on scene for 12-yr-old female having difficulty breathing after being kicked accidentally during basketball game. Mother stated she would take her to hospital for evaluation.

Odor of marijuana reported. No occupants in room/sock found over smoke detector with overwhelming oder of marijuana. Marijuana and paraphernalia confiscated. Residential Life will handle judicial referrals.
