Male non-student reported three males threatened him if he didn't let them into the dorm. He refused. Allowed entry by another person. The three males then attacked and physically assaulted non-student.

Odor of marijuana. Occupants of room in possession of approximately 27.5 grams of marijuana, paraphernalia and two tablets identified as oxcycodone. Two male students arrested and issued summonses for Albany Police Court. All subjects judicially referred.
